Virtual land products and simulator space available for lease


Private Island and Homestead sims include Estate Manager tools to extend your control over the entire region.

Estate tools offer the ultimate virtual land experience- freedom and controllable performance for commercial, recreational and residential use.
Environment control, region messages, sim restarts, script time debug, ground texture uploads, terraforming, choice of rating, damage,  physics, privacy and media streams via parcel subdivisions.

Full Prim and Homestead sim residents have the option to use custom raw terrain files and ground textures. You may choose to creatively terraform the entire sim by hand using the in- world Edit Terrain tools. A collection of our own terrain designs are also available. Import your own mesh and the possibilities are endless... 

  • Full prim private island sims -15000 prims / 100 visitors.
  • Homestead sims - 3750 prims / 20 visitors.
  • Openspace sims (for light use only) have a limit of 750 prims and 10 visitors. 

Guidelines apply to our shared regions and our expectations of our residents.  It is essential that you read and understand the Covenant which applies to the shared region you may be wanting to lease. We are "in-world" everyday and place a high emphasis on the careful maintenance of our regions server resources and actively participate in monitoring their optimal performance.

Your expectations of us are equally important and we welcome suggestions on ways in which we can improve the facilities of our services.

We offer assistance if required with practical guidance and advice.
